A stall with tasty handmade fish dumplings and a hearty bowl of noodles! Can consider ordering the elusive pork meat balls which are usually available till sold out.

Fish ball noodles is really nice but I don't like the other YTF ingredients like tau pok etc. Not sure if they use their own fish paste to make them or buy from market as they are not as tasty as the fish balls. The woman is temperamental. When she's in a good mood you will be happy to order from her, otherwise just eat your noodle la. Fishballs are slightly less form compared to last time. Possibly because inflation so use less fish.

Authentic Teochew fishball noodles with their self-made fishball which hardly can find in SG nowadays since the older generation Teochew fishball hawkers had retired mostly. However, the owners of the stall still managed to maintain the authenticity and insist on the traditional way of making the fishball compare to others where they would simply get supply from the factory.

One of the better herr kiao aka fish dumpling in Singapore. Large and slippery probably due to the flour.

Fishball Mee Pok (Dry). Another relative of the OG Song Kee Fishball noodles. And I would say this stall scores well with its her kiao (read: Huge and slippery) and serving the really early morning crowd.

Been wanting to try this stall inside the Eunos hawker food centre that is selling fishball noodle for the longest time. they start as early as 5.30am in the morning. I reached at around 9.30am and the queue has already spilled over the the next row. Waited for almost and hour plus before it was my turn to order. Noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards and i ordered the SGD$4 portion instead. I was informed by the stall assistant that most of the popular ingredient such as the fish paste dumpling were already sold out. Portion was quite generous, my bowl of noodle comes with a bowl of soup that consisted of 5 fishball, taupok and few slices of fishcake. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Sauce was well balanced, not too oily for me. Overall, liked it alot. would recommend to try. Do head there early if you want to try their fish paste dumpling.

To me a good bowl of fishball noodle has to get 2 things right: (1) noodle texture and doneness, and (2) quality and freshness of fishball and fishcake. This stall gets both right. I am particularly happy as I have been going back to the same few stalls elsewhere for fishball noodle fix, until I discovered this. So this will definitely be one of my go-to place henceforth (and it’s near to where I live which makes it even more appealing). There is a queue so be prepared to wait for 20-30mins.

Probably the best fish ball noodles you can find in Singapore. The noodles are normal but boy, there are so many varieties of fish ball and THEY ARE SO GOOD. Some fish balls have fillings in them, some are fried, some are flat fish cakes. We ordered large for each of us and it’s huge! Be prepared to queue at least 30-45 minutes as we went at 7am and there was already a queue on both days.
