I	Isaac 976 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mami's briyani is located at the hawker center connected to the mrt not the other one which is directly opposite. When exiting the MRT turn left and walk to the end. We nearly walked to the other side. I wouldnt say it's a die die must eat but if I you are around the area why not. Try the mutton. Its soft and flavorful. Chicken was just meh

Used to be touted as healthier food with less oil and salt but now the rice and gravy are super oily and packed with salt which is bad for one's health. Not worth the time or effort waiting in line; spend your money at Geylang Serai where there are much better offerings.

I suppose that has to do with the healthy version and with all healthy food, one has to give up the additional oomph of the sinful stuffs. The curry chicken is good, tasty whilst the rice is on the blank side. The downside with the dish is that the size of the servings which can be better, ie the achar and even the chicken.

Fluffy rice-not too dry,not too sogy-with tons of spice and big,tender chunk of meat. It is prepared in a big pot,as it should be! Service also very fast and friendly. For the price paid,it is honestly an awesome surprise! Would strongly recommend to anyone & will be coming back! So can try your luck if you crave for briyani and is at the area. Rice is nice and fragrant. However the mutton was very very tough. Portion was also small for briyani and price for mutton briyani has increased to $7. A little disappointed for the quality of mutton. Bought 3 pkts all were tough. Queued for 30 mins. I would only go back again to try when there is lesser queue and maybe to try the chicken which is $6.50

Stall touts it’s biryani as a healthy version (think they omit Ghee from their cooking) Still, one of the better biryanis in the area.

Just FYI I took 2 small adult bites from the mutton before I took the picture. Saw that there were a few comments regarding it's meat portion. Hope a friend or family member can inform them. Peace.
