β β β β β The η§θ is average but the εη§ is definitely the best if not one of the best in Singapore. The price is reasonable and the portion is good. $15 for the platter of meat in the picture with a good mix of fatty and lean char siu. Strongly recommend getting a mix to know the type of char siu you prefer. I personally preferred the leaner char siu while my partner preferred the fattier ones.

Added some new photo :)
Review for the month of May 2021
Bought ( Roast Pork + Hakka Noodle )
Manage to order 500gram of Roast Pork. Skin was VERY Crispy even i ate it 2 hours later @ home. The Roast meat itself is juicy and delicious.... And for the Hakka Noodle, I wanted to add on the Volcano Style Braised Egg ? Unfortunately it was not available....Anyway the Hakka Noodle with only minced pork and chili, it was tasty as well.
And despite the Queue looks long, it cleared quickly... It took less than 15 minutes even though infront of me is more than 10 customers waiting to order... And finally Great Customer service from the stall owner (Couple) & Fast Service too ?? Thank you once again Char Siu Lang...

β β β β β Very nice char siew. Ranked them among the best in singapore, together with fatty cheong nearby and roast paradise in old airport road. Char siew is a melt in your mouth experience with bold sweet taste, not for the faint hearted. I like my char siew to be fatty and thats what i always ordered here. They have a selection of fatty, medium, or lean, so pick one you prefer.

β β β β β Today try the char siu mee. The mee is quite springy, like the Hongkong type wanton mee but not very tasty, the sauce can be more flavourful. The char siu today is also not as good as before, not char or as tasty, a bit chewvy & not melt in your mouth type. So you need some luck to get a better cut of the char siu.
This may be the best char siu in Singapore, tasty & melt in your mouth, just a bit too sweet. The sio bak is nicely roasted & tasted ok but the skin is a bit hard, not as crispy as it should be. The $5 char siu/siobak rice is very reasonable with generous amounts of roast meat.

β β β β β Went during Saturday lunch time and there was no queue at all. Ordered the char Siew + Siu Yok rice. You can specify what type of cut you want. Went for half-fat half-lean.
Meat was marinated well, right degree of saltiness. Siu yok skin was still crispy. Char Siew skin was well-charred but found the sauce coating a tad too sweet. Rice and chilli were normal, nothing to shout about. Soup on the side was actually very nice, generous in ingredients.
Overall, a well-executed star plate of roast meat but nothing stands out in particularly. Verdict: try only if you are in the area.

β β β β β The perfect Char Siew that melts in your mouth. ??
If you dream of fatty, crispy Char Siew with black charred bits of sweet sticky honey coating, typical of what you only get in Kuala Lumpur, then this is as good as it gets in Singapore.
Proprietor Ivan Leong honed his grilling skills in Singapore after quitting his job as financial advisor to start this outlet in 2021. We are looking for it to be listed in Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022.
With the fatty meat inside, the Char Siew feels almost like melting sticky candy. Highly recommended. ??????

β β β β β Went for a try as I was around the area. The Char Siew was fantastic and the roasted pork was very crispy. They even allow you to choose the type of char siew that you will prefer! Even for the food presentation was also nicely done..
Strongly recommended to try if you are around this area.
very η¨εΏ couple running the stall. Thumbs up and please continue the good work.??

β β β β β Char Siu Noodles. It's my first time seeing some minced meat served together with char Siu noodles. But while it looks like a condiment, it actually enhances the overall noodles flavour.
Char Siu & Roast Pork Mee. Back at this stall this time for dine in. The char Siu is as requested medium fat and yes having it here is as good if not better than tabao. Minced meat is a great complement to the noodles.
