β β β β β The thunder tea rice ingredients are fresh. Brown rice is nicely cooked. The herbal green tea is very fragrant. Mostly closed on Sundays.

β β β β β They reduced the portion and the ingredients became extremely salty. I can't taste any herbs in the soup other than SALT. If you are looking for thunder tea or healthy meal, suggest to skip this because I feel my taste palette overwhelmed by sodium and salt. I tried a couple of times in the past the taste was not fantastic but edible but it has become worse now...hope they improve their quality !

β β β β β This my first time having thunder tea rice. It is basically mixed herb rice. Get to taste all their herbs and unique flavours, quite pleasantly surprised. But I think it tasted too healthy for my liking ?

β β β β β Located within the ABC market, this stall serves Hakka lei Cha (ζθΆ) or thunder tea rice, which looks like a bland rice dish with vegetables, nuts and a bowl of soup. The soup is made from tea and herbs, including basil. Taste wise it's quite bland but the soup is a refreshing. Downside for the stall is that they use plastic spoon and disposable bowls even though you dine in.
