★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Vietjet's website, they are the 'authorized booking agents' for Vietjet. On Vietjet's Facebook messenger, they request us to please contact Chariot Travel Pte Ltd for any information regarding your flights from Singapore including an requests due to the ongoing pandemic (attached screenshot). When you call them, then outright refuse to help you with any information regarding cancellation of you flight. When I asked them put that in an email so that I can share it with my Travel Insurance, they outright refused again. Either they need to rethink their partnership with Vietjet or they need to get better at upholding their customer service.

They provide a good array of exotic choices of destinations in Asia (besides the Maldives) like Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and even Bhutan. A reliable and recommended travel agency in Singapore.

Vivian was swift, efficient and professional in her assistance. From call to the finalised booking, all was done within the hour. Thank you Vivian, really appreciate it.

We booked with Chariot Travels for our Honeymoon to Royal Caribbean Cruise , amazing service the staff are all fantastic. Met nearly all expectation, We were pleasantly surprised with such good customer care. Staffs are from different places with different languages, so easy to communicate. Given the quality of service we would certainly look at booking through Chariot Travels for up coming trips.
