★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide the cheapest courier service from Singapore to India. One drawback of being cheaper is the quality of service. My Courier was delivered safely and earlier than the expected delivery date. The pick up may not be prompt and please don't anywhere closer to the closing time. Go an hour earlier atleast. If you have patience to deal with them, and not in a hurry and save money, you can consider this option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them several times over a period of a month to enquire about the courier service. They finally picked up a fine day and did not even provide details. Asked me (very rudely) to create an order online to receive further details. Upon creation, I entered all the measurements they asked and they still ended up charging more.
I was okay until that. I just wanted to get my stuff to India. Their rep Jyoti gave me wrong information regarding the customs a week apart and said this was because she doesn't make the custom regulations. The other receptionist doesn't even hear me out and keeps explaining things not even related to my call and very eager to end the call.
Because of the excess customs, I cancelled my order. My bags are still with them and they say they will charge to deliver to my house even when I cancelled because of their misinformation and clerical error.

One Lady very rudely talking in office.mrng Time when I call office I asking tomorrow delivered can .she told me extera paid 15$ .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a simple sturdy box to ship from Singapore to Ajmer (India) and what I received at the other end was a crumbled and damaged box with a large hole through which you could literally put your head through. The guys along their entire supply chain did not even bother to put a simple tape along the torn edge to prevent things from falling out.
I was concerned before placing the order with DTDC after reading all the reviews online but I still went ahead because they had their festive 15% off going on - grave mistake on my part as I ended up losing $$ and stuff with emotional value.
I am never using DTDC again and I would NOT recommend it to anybody who wants their belongings to be delivered properly.
