The staff is effective and the product is complete. But always little crowded so better take spare time around 20 minutes to try and buy.

Lucky there was this male staff that was very nice and willing to help. Conclusion, I would still buy Charles and Keith but definitely not in this branch. PLS IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
