I have bought this card holder from CK Singapore as a birthday present for a cousin of mine which falls on 25th Dec 18 • It has reached 2 or 3 days earlier which was efficient & on time • Added extra Rm5 for that gift bag. • She loves it • There was no dust bag prepared but its ok, hope for improvement • Will support again ☹️??

I purchased 2 items a week ago, after few days I still haven’t received their confirmation email or anything except the survey. So i emailed them to ask and they informed me that they couldn’t find my order under my name and my email provided. Then I straight away contact them on their website via live chat. The girl name Yoora R apologise to me and said that due to technical errors, my order slight delay, otherwise they confirmed that they have received my payment. She provide me my order number and said that she will send my tracking number to my email shortly. But until today, from 10th feb to 12rd feb. i received a very rude email from customer service confirmed that the payment has not been debited by them yet and no refund will be effected (even i never mentioned about the refund??) well. This will be my first and my last purchase with this brand. And still wondering how can i get my money back ???

This is my first time attending Charles & Keith warehouse sale. I was at first turned off by the long queue. Between 15-20 pax were allowed each time. The queue moved pretty fast. This allow a less congested crowd in the warehouse and I was thankful. The staffs were also good. Happy and polite, didn’t show any sign of stress by the constant demand of sales and crowd. The queue to cashier was also well manage. Kudos to the management and staffs on a well coordinated and managed warehouse sale.

Charles & Keith don’t care about people who want to return their products. It is a crying shame this happened at a big industry.

Website is poorly updated. Live chat option only leads you to a contact form and it stated that they are only closed on 1 Feb but hotline is still closed on 2 Feb

Ordered online from Pedro, but already passed the delivery date by 3 days and item still not delivered. No tracking number given, and not able to reach anyone via the customer telephone number in spite of multiple attempts...

Very very super duper ultra bad. I waited outside the security office for access into one of the bldg rooms for abt 1hr without any security personnel in sight. (No security in office for an hour+) I dare not foresee if there is any security issue big enough to arise.????

i think its about time you update the lead time for your delivery. If delivering next day is not possible OR within the time frame based on the given options (9am-3pm), please kindly liaise with the delivery partner you are working with (Park n Parcel)? time and time again, they have yet to deliver within this time frame that i've opted. what's the point of giving the option when their delivery time shows 10am-10pm?
