When serving the food she also jz set it on the tray on her end and made me have to pull it from her end to mine Additionally she did not even bother to put the lid on the drink properly and jz randomly closed it No wonder the place is so empty all the time Horrendous standards even for an F&B

t	think chuang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a joy to dine in at Tai Seng branch. Today tried Grilled Fish Burrito Plate ( usually will order fired fish ). Took minutes to prepare which mean it is freshly made. Worth to wait for yummy meal. Thank you for kakak for the friendly service.
H	Hue Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable fast foods, similar to KFC, Jollibee, Burger King, etc. but i feel the taste was not that great. Maybe because we takeaway instead of having in the place. Spacious area in front of the shop. Nice ambience.

The person taking the order.. is the one packing the panda and grab. So get prepared to wait especially lunch and dinner time. My food is over fried by a lot. ... Fried until supposed to be golden brown , become brown. Fish, chicken and the crumbs .. all over fried... Cold slaw... Also a bit cannot make it. From recently closed bugis outlet... To kallang Leisure now to Tai Seng. I have never found the taste of Long John Silver that I had before. Now the cooks...Or the kitchen staffs are just kids. With little or zero experience... They think that.. Just follow the book.. throw in oil.... Cook as many as possible... Then sell... Just throw inside... Poke until batter drop.. Then just sell... Even when see that food is not up to standard... Just give.. who cares... I know is fast food... But not like this.

At home, after my younger daughter drank her sprite halfway, my elder daughter took a look inside and saw the black spots in the drink. Upon in further check, it's some insects. Very unhygienic soft drink dispenser. I stopped my coke. Can't imagine what else. Better inspect Ur drink before u drink and hopefully it's clear to see for yourself. Very disappointed.
G	Glenn Thum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good experience, food came within 2 minutes of ordering and was piping hot. However, the fish was slightly overcooked and a tad too dark. They didn't give as much of the fried crispy batter things at the side too.
