★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love to come here coz the staff so friendly and very helpful,…. I came at noon just to check the bag that i ve seen on their website, then they treat us so nice, then i said i will be back at evening, they still so friendly and smile, after lunch i go back there to purchase the bag,.. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to buy a bag for my wife, couldnt find the one she wants but got 1 manager lady, her service very good! She searched the whole warehouse and other branches for us. She also provided other alternatives which my wife was very tempted. If i can give 10 stars i would give 10stars but google also allow 5 stars.

There was a bad experience in the past and I went to buy another outlet in orchard was a total difference experience and feeling.
So my fault that come back here to buy again this shop is still the same . I don’t want to describe in details but so disappointed that I have decided not to buy anymore from this brand in the future .
Poor quality poor customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Visited this place to look for a gift to give my wife on her birthday. Sales Rep went all out giving me examples and what color will match with what shoes. Also gave me options to choose and not force me to buy. Bought a bag which made my wife so happy.

Observation: So I purchased a bag as a gift for a friend. When I shared with the customer rep that it's a gift, she printed two receipts: 1 with the price and 1 without it, and said that the receiver could come and exchange this if they want. I was so impressed by this gesture- Little things brands do that differentiates them from the rest :)
