Service terrible. This is first time I buy Xiaomi tab after Samsung so many years. So I bring my tab there and ask only 3 questions and I can see the sale staff ( female) like don't really like to answer my questions. Very disappointed.

Was pleasantly greeted by a horrible staff. Went today, to enquire about the mi tab 5. Was unwillingly assisted by a male staff (late 40s, very short hair, big sized), did not see a name tag so couldn't get a name. He was condescending and cynical. Didn't want to entertain my genuine questions and brushed them off. I was going to buy a tablet this week, most likely from this store, but i just wanted to test it first to get a better impression before purchasing. I sincerely asked why the mi tab 5 pro wasn't sold in Singapore, along with other followup questions --all of which were answered coldly like "dont ask me. im not the...", "what for xiaomi....if they....", "why would they (xiaomi) want to...", "of course what..." I wanted to check out a 4k video, and the tablet was connected to the jem public wifi, which was slow. He smirked and joked questioning me why i would even think that the this wifi could support a 4k video "public wifi of course is slow lah" . He had a valid point, but was there a need to make me feel wronged? On the brightside, he assisted me in connecting the tablet to their own WiFi server. In short, if you'd like to inquire more about xiaomi products, and would love to have an absolute lovely treatment, leaving you feeling utterly horrible, jem's xiaomi store is the place.

Yesterday, I accompanied my mother to the Mi Store (JEM) to buy a Mi Smart Band 6. Sales person (big size Chinese guy) was expected me as daughter to assist my mother and self service. This has caused the bad client experience as myself also requires the assistance from the salesperson due to unfamiliar with the product. The sales person only came to assist us in person after we asked few queries continuously. As the new client to this product, we really hope to receive the service by hand holding instead of expect us to operate the product by ourselves without any proper guidance. We hope to Express our dissatisfaction on the client experience we have with the branch. Nevertheless we are satisfied with this new product in overalls.

Yesterday when I when into the shop to buy a phone because I am old and not good at phone transfer so there is one gentleman how actually help to do data transfer I would like to say a thank you for helping a elderly to do the data transfer I will definitely recommend my friend to buy from this shop.

The male salesman wearing coat extremely rude. I asks a simple question about product and he was impatient and refuse to listen to my clarifications. cuts customer off. Very bad service and experience. ?

Went to the store, wanted to enquire about the TV and other appliances. The salesman, big size slightly bald, unwilling to serve us despite many attempts to enquire. Lost interest in buying n left. Unprofessional n bad service

Went into the store today to enquire about the 11T model smartphone and Lawrence, one of the service staff, helped answered any questions I had regarding the phone and was very professional as well as polite. Keep up the good service!

Poor customer service from guy behind cashier counter. When I told him camera isn't that great from review i read for one of the models, he replied up to you & walked off. Woah.... such attitude. Simply flabbergasted! This happened on May 2nd noon at Mi JEM
