Newest outlet from the famous Japanese pastry chain. Wide range of pastries, ice cream and whole & short cakes sold at affordable price. Has few seats to dine in and a glass walled kitchen to see bakers at work.

This shop is located in waterway point itself but doesn't allow to deduct Fraser gift card but can collate points. Strange system. I saw the machine prompted and stated that I got a $10 to deduct but the assistant said the boss don't allow.

Cakes are great. There’s a slight need to improve service here. Think some training needed and lots more smiles please. They just sell the item without much emotions and not exactly friendly. Otherwise, the products are quite delicious. There’s a seating area that you can dine in. Eventhough it’s not exactly a lot of seats but I reckon it’s going to be a Covid problem with all the safe distancing measures.

I went there two times to buy birthday cakes, very bad experience. The service staff is very rude and unprofessional, seems that she is always in bad mood, never say thank you, and talk to customer impolitely. Why doesn't she change the the job if she hate to be a service staff, please don't bring bad mood to customers. I don't think I will go there again.

Good Evening, Chaterasie. I am writing you this to comment on the customer service of Chateraise Punggol. At 9:15ish, when making payment, I had connection issues with my OCBC paylah. The staff chose the payment method as Paylah for me as what i was asking for. However due to the connection issues I asked for a change in payment method which is PAYWAVE. When i asked for the change of payment, she let out a big sigh. While waiting for the change of payment, the machine needed some time to cancel the paylah payment, and the staff of chateraise appeared to be impatient. she starts to fold her hand and gave a body language of "youre just wasting our time". The entire waiting process was no more than 2 mins and she seem like I purposely delayed the payment process by 10mins or more. Her tone after the payment was unacceptably rude and handed the receipt with just one hand. Todays incident has mad me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service that chateraise provides to its customers. I have been a big fan and frequently shop at your Bishan branch almost once a week. I hope that Chateraise improves on how to teach their staff how to manage customers even when they become impatient. This shows a lack of training and professionalism in your staff. The girl that is wearing specs and making payment for us at around 9:10-9:15.

Hi, I am writing to complain about your service staff. On the 28 May @ 10 am, I was queueing outside your outlet (after checking your website which showed your opening hours @10am) Your staff arrived, unlocked the shutters leaving it half-opened and went in. They went about changing their uniforms whilst was still waiting outside. After 10 mins, I asked what time they opened and was told it was 10.30 am. I am just wondering if I had not asked, would they just leave me waiting until 10.30 am? Is it common sense for your service staff to inform us that it is not opening time yet? If you are supposed to open at 10.30 am, why then is your website showing 10am.

I’m hoping that the team can improve their customer service. We were very dissatisfied with our purchasing experience because the staff dropped the ice cream several times and place the ice cream into the paper bag aggressively, which may have caused the ice cream to disfigure or spoil. I understand that they may have had some issues faced beforehand that contributed to their bad mood, but I hope they can work on it because we, the customers, may be affected by their attitude as well.

Went at a non-peak hr so there were seats available. The cakes were good, not too sweet and that's how I like it. Ordered the houjicha and I think it taste legit compared to the one at starbucks, a lot more Fragrant and def good to have if you like tea. Love it without cream or milk.
