Food is normal Mos Burger standard. But the place is so small and crowded. They also blocked the emergency door with cardboxes of supplies, is that even allowed? This is one of the most uncomfortable MOS burger ever. Even the self order kiosk is exactly in front of the sliding door.

At Waterway Point Mos Burger and ordered at 8:37pm and it is 9:07pm and my 3 burgers are not ready yet. FYi, i have never waited for 30 minutes for any FAST food store. Talked to assistant and they just asked me to wait. Really bring down the standard of Japanese. After my requests, i got my order at 9:12pm, after waited 35 minutes.

Still serves up a very decent hot burger with crispy fries even at 9pm when other fast food outlets are beginning to round up operations. MOS burgers prices offer exceptional value as well, especially in current times where prices seem to be rising in alarming fashion

This outlet has been understaffed for the longest time. Today’s horrible experience forced me to write this review. Arrived at about 18/4 Monday 6.15pm, 1 self ordering kiosk was already down. When it was my turn on the other kiosk, it hanged too. So I went to the counter and told the lady in blue that both kiosks are down , she walked into the kitchen and told someone something and came out to continue to pack the orders. No one came out to fix the kiosks, no one bothered to take my order. I had to call out to the Malay boy packing order and ask him how do I order. He said I can order from the counter and pay cash. Sure no problem. The Malay boy asked the lady in blue to take my order. My receipt time was 6.21pm. And I proceeded to wait. They have many grab orders, the grab orders were packed really quickly. And many customers came after me and gone and my order was no where in sight. 6.33pm, I ask the lady in blue is my order ready? She brushed me off and said preparing. I thought cos my order was bigger so it will take a while, I’m fine with it. The Malay boy knew I was waiting for a while already and he signal to me it’s coming. 6.40pm, the Malay boy came with the order that he thought was mine, but it wasn’t! It belongs to someone after me and guess what, my order was not prepared at all after 20 mins of waiting. They started flipping through their stack of order slips and could not find my order slip. I had to give them my receipt to prepare. After 10 mins, my order was finally ready. A total of 30 mins waiting time when there was only 2 customers in front of me when I ordered. No apology provided at all. I checked through my order before I left and they also forgot to give creamer for ice milk tea. If your outlet is understaffed and cannot cope with the overwhelming orders, why don’t you consider switching off your grab orders for the time being? Shouldn’t the priority be for customers who are dining in or taking away? They were so busy packing orders that no one was taking order at the counter and 1 lady had to shout into the kitchen to ask someone to come out take order. Also, the lady in blue, if I’m not wrong she should be the manager, she is seriously lacking in basic customer service. When she passed me my order, she already knew that’s my order, and she looked elsewhere and shouted the number even though I was in front of her. I understand that the staff might be frustrated with the lack of staff and overwhelming orders, but acknowledging that you made an error is basic customer service. 6.15-6.53pm spent inside for a takeaway, I would have finished a meal at McDonald’s with that duration.

Shop seem to be understaffed, service took quite a long while even though suppose to be tilt towards fast food. Somehow their nuggets and corn soup taste different from before, corn soup was powdery instead of the previous version. Probably won't come back anymore. Logistics storing of the store could be improve since the trays of bread was left right next to the pick-up counter where human traffic are at.

Auntie outside was very rude. I couldn't find the barcode to scan safe entry and when the auntie came back, from walking around nearby, she just shouted over there in chinese. The tone used translates to over there la cannot see ah. No respect! I bought the classic impossible burger but it turned out to be obviously possible. At the price of $9.20, it is not even filling and so small. However, the fake meat was nice, and the sauce goes well. But the shallots very little... feel like everything all very little, but nice. So my suggestion to future patrons is once a while can eat, because price is high but food nice.

MOS BURGER waterway point has the best customer service experience among the various fast food restaurants at waterway point. When I visited today 11/11 at 8pm. The service staff was polite and greeted me when I entered the restaurant. The service staff packed my order with great care and attention to detail, the burgers were placed in boxes which looked too good to eat haha. The service staff even went the extra mile, giving me extra chilli sauce when I requested. Buying mos burger takeaway form waterpoint for the past 6 months I never had any spilled drinks or soup as they packed the food well. The most delicious fast food burger in waterway point, keep up the good work mos will continuing supporting the chain for years to come.

Comparing itself to the other MOS i have been in (Compass One) this is definitely smaller, though, it’s not worse then the other outlets. It still serves its purpose of being a tasty meal for your stomach. I had the Chicken burger, Hokkaido set and corn soup. Chicken burger is nice and the soup was hot. Overall, good MOS burger outlet
