Don’t know what’s the reason but was just told that they only accepted card payment here. Hence the rating. But would still support them for their cakes and double fantasy cream puffs!

Their cream puff are one of their signature dessert. I will always get one if i am around that area. Their strawberries shortcake is yummy too.

The cakes are always satisfying. Most of them are awesome and delicious. Every time I go to hiring east must eat some of them. This time I eat chocolate and cheesecake. The chocolate is so rich , bitter and not so sweet. The cheese is Japanese style. Cheese is a little bit light, not like American style so rich. However it is still a good cake.

Cake is great. The store is “secretly” located at B2, near entrance of Istan Supermarket. There’s no address on the invoice, and the phone number on Google only repeats the same message no matter how you follow the instruction.

The young staffers were a pleasure to speak with and the chocolate bar cake a hit at the family dinner. Apologies that I didn't manage to get a picture, it was gobbled up before I could whip out the cam. Stay healthy and safe.

The staff there are rude! I went there yesterday around 4.30pm, no crowds, I was the only walk-in customer at that time. I asked the girl (who don't speak well in Engish) about the weight of the Special Strawberry Cake for $55, she told me is a 18cm cake but she not sure about its weight. I said OK, I want that cake. Asked if they have another one instead of the displayed one, she went to ask her colleague and came back telling me it takes 15mins. I said fine and make the payment. When I went to collect it, her colleague (a local Chinese) show me the cake before she close the box, it was the small Strawberry Princess cake of $20, I told her it should be the big one. This rude girl said I only paid for the small one, I then took out the receipt and realised the previous girl only charge me $20, so I said I'll pay the difference of $35. She keep nagging continuously at me saying "you must check your payment", her bad attitude made me very annoyed. I told her I am buying the $55 Special Strawberry Cake and not the small $20 cake, your colleague charge wrongly and I am paying for the difference. Then only she said they also in the wrong but without a word of apology. The staff there need to get more training, be more courteous and friendly to customers.

I don't mind waiting but it is not right the customer queuing up after me gets served first. Edit: A young female staff who served at the front counter at 9+pm today 4th Feb. It is possible she thought I was just viewing the cakes, but I was actually in the queue waiting for her to finish serving the customer in front of me. It is a polite SOP to check if the customer is ready to order instead of assuming they are just looking at the cakes and skipping over them to the customer standing after them. At the next visits, if service is good, I will raise the rating.

The cream cheese cake is fluffy and moist, feels like it melts in your mouth without the sticky rich feeling from typical new york cheese cake. The chocolate mille crepe is definitely better than awfully chocolate’s. Ordered their fruit cake slice - this time with their new flavour of the day peach :)
