The whole process was relatively painless and I'm very satisfied with my brows! Vina is friendly and patient while explaining the package details to me. She took time to explain before the procedure, it was a pleasant and fuss free experience. Also, Rhian was very accommodating and arranged a slot for me immediately despite me being late. Friendly and not pushy during selling of package. Appreciate it! Highly recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try eyebrow threading and tinting for the first time with them. When I left the store, I felt that I had the most beautiful eyebrows for the first time but now, after 6 days, the tint is gone despite promising me it’ll last 3-4 weeks! Complete waste of my $55 which could have been done for just $8 at any threading shop! I’m utterly disappointed with the results. Never ever gonna go back to them.
