β β β β β Good location, middling product range, but very slow checkout service. There tap-pay terminals take about 10-20 seconds to process transactions, and the cash self-serve machines seem to slow down processing rather than speed it up. Their IT/payment systems seem dated & need an overhaul, & the environs also feel tired and in need of renovation. Feels like management have milked it for cash flow rather than investing in the customer experience.
