β β β β β I had a great experience at Lush Vivocity a few weeks back, and was attended to by Sha when the Easter items first came out.
When she heard I was interested in the Easter items, she took out a number and put them on a single board/plate for me so I would not need to dig for the items.
She was also attentive to my comments and questions, was friendly, was well informed about the products, showed me videos of how the products would perform in a bathtub, and recommended products she felt would be suitable for my needs and preferences.

β β β β β I was greeted by Zee when I stepped into the store with my Husband and Sister-in-law. It was our very first time visiting Lush as Iβve heard good reviews about it including wanting to get a bath bomb for myself to try. Zee was indeed sweet and amazing! She was very helpful throughout. A huge thank you for the amazing service as well as the free body and face mask! It was definitely a memorable first visit to a Lush store, will definitely come back especially to this outlet! β β β β β I popped in the store with the intention of getting a bath bomb, and Zee is there to help me by explaining the various products (bath bombs vs. bubble bars). She has also demonstrated the product features which is the key highlight of my decision making. I would like to thank her for the pleasant experience of getting my first bath bomb from Lush. Her friendliness and bubbly personality is commendable :)

β β β β β How do you think about the gold ribbon of green box? I bought that Sunday night(very busy and noisy, so crowded, too strong scent in the shop). So I realized that the ribbon wasn't good when I got home. Actually this product is over $100. It's funny because the left box looks better though it's cheaper than right thing. Staff should be more attentive about that situation. I am tired of buying gifts so I will not go Lush in vivo city. And I don't want to rush, so I won't go "Lush" any more.

Sweet and soft spoken lady who was welcoming and warmth the moment i step into the store. she also listened attentively and suggested accordingly to the kind of scent i described to buy as a gift for someone. Also patience when i was indecisive. She made my experience in the store pleasant and importantly did not do hard sell. She definitely knows the knowledge of the products as the scents which was recommended to me were great! Continue to groom her and groom more staffs to be as pleasant and smily like her.
