The door was locked and instead of having a dinner break she was instead moving goods around the store. This 'dinner break' ended at 545pm which I think was about an hour.

Kept calling out to her and she she is either deaf or couldn't be bothered to reply. And when you want to make payment she keeps talking about her personal issues.
