Toast Box

HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** So, heard alot about this breakfast place called Toast Box and thought of finally trying it.. and guess what??!! guys I loved it❤️❤️ Location and Ambience: well you can find its branches almost anywhere in Singapore. It is amongst those few eateries which I would strongly recommend people to visit mostly because of its interior and Ambience. This place has this grandiose look and as soon as you enter you feel fresh because of the pretty white walls and bright lightings. Food: Food is good. Although I haven't tried everything but I have tried few of them like peanut butter toast and coffee. I personally love the peanut butter here. it tastes creamy and fresh as if they have just made it. Coffee is also good but keep in mind that the spoon given is for some reason and that is to stir(I didn't stir it once and had to have it as it is and later realized that the sugar was there and all I needed to do was stir??). Service: Its a self service eatery. So, you ll have to stand in the queue and as soon as you give your order you recieve your drink be it coffee or tea or milo anything but for the food like toast or anything else you will have to wait but not for long. Cost: Yes It is pocket friendly and that is the one of the major reasons why I loved it.

Cosy place for a quick bite. And that was exactly what we thought. Longest and slowest queue ever in the 5 years I've been here. Renovation did nothing to improve things. Staffs move at glacial speed and stony faced. Thumbs down. Curry not piping hot. Rice portion too little and grainy. Yucks. Really somebody should look into this outlet. Attached receipt to prove we were there.

Mediocre kaya toast served. Bread was soggy and toasted only on 1 side. Ordered 4 toast on a Sunday morning but to be met with toast that I could probably make better on my own. There should be a standardisation in how long each side should be toasted like the soft boiled egg. Soft boiled egg was on point though - Only salvaging moment of the breakfast. Food quality needs to be improved!

This branch handles delivery orders while struggling to even handle eat in crowd. The queue barely moving for half hour. Do not recommend.

Long queue because only one hardworking staff taking order, making coffee and serving food. I saw 2 staff not working and wonder if it is not their shift yet OR they are being lazy. Anyway, this is NOT how a cafe should run…BY one hardworking staff. Do not pay for 3 staff and only 1 was working as the tables were dirty too. @ WestCoast Plaza

Yummy coconut rice & sambal chilli. Pickled cucumber is good too, not forgetting the chicken wing & egg. We had Mee Rebus this round. Love the generous chunks of green chilli, a must for this dish. The gravy is consistently like before the temporary closure. Seating nicely arranged with néw round tables and matching chairs. Outlet looks brighter & refreshed. Thank you.

One of the better place to have local coffee and tea. Food wise pretty average. Price wise slightly on the higher side.

Had bf there & bought 3 pkt of takeaway: mee Siam, laksa & curry chicken rice. Utterly disappointed. Mee Siam was in tact. Instead of laksa, it’s mee tai mak. Curry chicken rice is only a box of rice without curry & chicken. Tried calling them about 10 times but no one answer the phone.
