What an amazing gastronomic experience by Ashish. Our tastebuds were taken on a whimsical ride with a 7 course Indian inspired non vegetarian feast. He tantalised my palette with the first two courses so well that I couldn’t say to no trying the salmon. For someone, who has never eaten fish, that’s a huge feat. A well balanced meal that didn’t make one feel heavy even after a Biriyani and ending it with a kulfi. A must try if you are a foodie like me

Chef Ashish put together a great evening for our group! Along with the multiple course dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the fine dining experience. Ashish is a great host and I loved the warm ambience of a home, which was a refreshing alternative to a commercial fine dining establishment. His signature sauces and unique flavours were exquisite. My favourite was the Cajun King Prawn! Would definitely recommend.

Ashish is a wonderful Chef and does great hospitality. The variety of food he prepares is something very unique and not prepared by anyone else. Extremely creative with his food and the best part is he serves with loads of love. The premium ingredients he uses just give a different level of taste to the food. Highly recommended if you are looking for an awesome private dining, am sure it will be an amazing experience

Chef'd Club's first signature tasting event of 2021 where Chef Ashish experimented with special stone-pound spices and a combination of smoked, grilled and pan-fried delicacies, was a treat to the senses. My favorite dish of the evening was the 'Shrimp & Roasted Coconut Smoked Claypot Biryani'. It exuded a fragrant aroma, inviting you to dive right in. The masala (spice marinade), cooked in a claypot and the roasted coconut lent a perfect combination of earthy and woody flavors to the biryani. While the spices packed quite a punch, the inconspicuous raw mango balanced the fieriness. The palate was in for a pleasant surprise alternating between the crunchiness of the almonds and tenderness of the shrimps. In short, this biryani hits all the right spots.

Posting a recent review from amazing @WENDEATS On INSTAGRAM We had a great experience with Chef Ashish! I admire how passionate he is about his cooking, his attention to detail, the complex techniques he applies and his willingness to make sure that all those he serves will be left satisfied! The amount of time he spends preparing and cooking his menus could be tasted in the food! My favourites of the night were his lamb chops with French Pepper sauce and his Saffron Mousse dessert with Pistachios! The Saffron Mousse was super super smooth and creamy, and he truly is a master of French sauces! Ashish was also super hospitable and friendly and made it such a pleasant experience for us! Would recommend his service to everyone! You’ll love the customised experience he prepares for you!

Ashish is a great chef and a great host. We had a 5 course meal. The food was sumptuous and it was a new experience. Ashish made it even more special for us by serving us in hotel standard glasswares. My wife had also mentioned that Ashish gave alot of ideas of how to make this surprise worth it and the items which were recommended are dishes which had unique flavours and can't be found outside. My wife and myself are definitely looking forward to another booking for dinner. We have already started to recommend our friends and family based on our experience.

Great food... something like you have never tasted before. The best part are the amazing stories about the food and ingredients that Ashish shares which takes the experience to the next level. Highly recommended private dining experience!

It was certainly a good night with great food whipped up by chef Ash for my wife and I. We throughly enjoyed the 1st dish where the soup really excited our taste buds as it was not something which we were expecting nor tasted before. We finished evey last drop of it. The steak though was a little disappointing and I understand that this was not his speciality and this is mainly due to the cut of the steak which was chewy and had alot of veins which made cutting through it difficult. Also the ice cream was soo good that we requested for a 2nd helping which he obliged! The ambience of the place was really nice as we dined under the stars accompanied by the relaxing sound water in the background. This was a unique experience and we will be looking forward to dine again with friends to try some of his new creations.
