★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black Pepper Grilled Chicken was decent in terms of portion and taste. However, fries was cold. Also, for lunchtime they had alot of items unavailable. Good only if passing by and you want a quick western fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to give this place a try after chancing upon it with my Boyfriend at the food court behind Bishan Library.
There was a surprisingly wide number of offerings on their menu and very affordable as most dishes were under $10. I got the Salmon Alfredo along with a side of fries.
I was pleasantly surprised as they had plated the pasta quite well compared to regular western stalls at food courts. The Salmon Alfredo was really good too, with a generous helping of ikura and cheese as garnish. The cream was very tasty and well balanced, which did not overwhelm my tastebuds.
Would definitely come back for this again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively affordable western food that has taken over Aston's. I wonder why Aston's moved. It serves similar western food to Aston's with a similar concept. A fresh looking shop front makes it stand out from the other normal looking food stalls.
Sirloin steak was ok. A bit on the tough & chewy side for medium doneness. The sides were ok too. Nothing really outstanding here. Nothing really bad here either.

Tastes pretty good but I find the steak too salty.
And I love the fact that the steak comes with wedges and not fries. Healthier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's walking distance from our place around Bishan. It's located at S11 behind the Bishan Library. I had my baked rice and I like it. Generous portion with good price. This pics were taken 27 January 2021. Will try other menu after phase 2 HA ended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cheese baked steak, medium rare, for $12 and it came out beautifully! Not only that, the meat was thick and juicy, soft and without irritating tendons. The portion is is quite huge too for the price. Totally worth it and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Mac and cheese yesterday night and it was disappointing. Just plain macaroni and no cheese for $3 as seen in the photos… when I called and asked, the lady Janice say it was cooked with cheese but they might have forgotten to top up the cheese and offered no solution for my meal. She only said she will tell the people cooking. I used to live nearby and eat from Chef Recipe weekly and I always order their pasta or Mac and cheese, either as a side or a dish. Their Mac and cheese used to be good as you can see from the picture I took in April when I ate their steak. Anyway the stall used to be served by another lady and the food used to be better then. Since I was not offered a solution, I don’t think my family and I are ever going to eat there again. There are many other nicer stores to eat at S11 anyway.
