i	i goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not ask for takeaway. They gave me takeaway cup at $2.80 and refused to change. I hate using disposable.
I	Isabel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't figure out why service here is so slow. The line for the coffee is invariably short but deceivingly so - even for takeaway orders. And the staff (especially the guy with blonde hair) are so grumpy for no reason. :( Just to note - as of Dec 2021, we were told that the only tables that can seat more than 2 pax are indoors. So we had to wait for a table then squeeze in the corner with a stroller, despite the outdoors tables having much more space. A pity since it is so conveniently located and we don't mind the peanut thick toast here. As for their sandwiches, if it is a weekday morning we prefer to buy the freshly made ones from Breadtalk next door to have here. Edit Feb 2022: Shorter lady cashier is awfully rude...
S	Sugondese Nuts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried the new mee pok so you don’t have to, it sucks big time, basically instant noodles with pork belly & egg. You’d be better served buying your own and making at home. However, laksa and coffee is great!
j	josephine lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever ! Due to covid restrictions of 5 pax dining in, we totally uds that they split out tables for 2 and 4 . But the issue is your staff are not organising the dine in pax . Tables for 4 are all sitted by 2 pax. Result to only 2 pax tables available. What is worse is this cashier is raising voice telling us that there are no tables for 3 pax, as if we committed a crime ! We have been working in this mall for more than 5 years, previous batch of staff was good. Until they change to this batch, pls kindly look into the attitude provided by your staff, as ur food are not cheap!!!! So we expect basic standards of af least not being rude !!!!
E	Ellis Soh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taste mee Hoon in the century. Lumpy and tasteless, just heat up only. Chicken wing also like no seasoning so bland. Is the salt very expensive? A set $6.60 should have ray at level 4 food court. Disappointed will not order Toastbox fried mee Hoon anymore.

The male cashier and wearing spec young ladies ( people cut queue and she don’t bother, not following the ordering) ; the 40 year old aunty rude and don’t understand what’s i ordering. The teh taste watering, i order upsize she mentioned “ i key in already can’t change .” what’s kind of service ? if u guys tired can take leave rest, no need so rude to customer

Only the tall lady who was making the drinks was pleasant and polite . BreadTalk need to quality check their service standards and food standards .
B	Bibiy's Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we live in Bishan, we can count our finger how many times in the past 6 years we came to this place. It's squeezed somehow especially recently during the restriction pax of 5. Came here to let my husband tried egg ham cheese toast but at the end we couldn't find it here and at the end we had the sandwich and boluo burger. I didn't know such thing that different branch there'll be some different menu on it as I got the egg ham cheese toast at Novena branch. A guy at the cashier a bit rushing in taking order, but I can understand the pace of this workplace too. Overall okay, but maybe indeed not the best place to have a bit relax coffee and toast. Sandwich okay only, the bun of boluo burger is very sweet and okay too.
