★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a bear brand standing fan in july 2020. After 5 months suddenly the fan plastic blade broke. Still under warrenty. Emailed them but after 4 days no reply. On the fifthday managed to get their customer service. She told me to bring the whole fan set to them and after 2 weeks to collect back from them.
I ask as just the fan plastic blade is broken can i just get a replacement. Her answer was no. Am i stupid to do that spending more than $50 for transport. Do not buy anything from them, u will regret it.
