Hi, I would like to file a complaint to Zu es connection . I am deeply disappointed with your service and skills. Between 20-24 May 2020, I’ve visited your store to fix my phone screen. I was convinced by Danson to fix my battery as well. To my dismay, after using 1 -2 week my led screen malfunction again. As I was working nearby as a part timer during the period, I went back to visit him to inquire about my phone. Instead he said I need to top up another $70-100 to fix my phone again. After some argument, he raised his voice and agreed to give $50 in order to repair my phone (despite not fixing it properly the first time). With the terrible service and quality of phone service. He still wanted me to pay him more . I hope you guys will look into this matter. It should be unacceptable for a customer to revisit a phone shop twice and pay twice in order to fix one phone. This phone contains a lot of my treasured memories and I do wish that the team at Zues Connection could have fixed it properly. I do hope that Zues Connection can consider their service again. I always see the employees at the shop playing with games and even when I was there, I did not feel that the staffs there cared about my presence.

Awesome work by the dude in zues connections. Would like to take the time to say many thanks to zues for saving my redmi note 9 pro. Prior to this i was rejected by 3 stores because the phone its too new. But zues took in never the less, phone is working fine now after replacing the charging module. Hope it works, the shop also gives 1 month warranty... How awesome is that? Highly recommended!!

Head to fixed my huawei p30 pro lcd screen and the end spoil twice need to head down again and again 9days 2 LCD changed in 9days spoiled 2 times. Although having this issue but their team still manage for me to extend the warranty even after two week and when the issue happens again then i will head down again Good customer service ?? Until now LCD still working ??
