Cheongdam is by far one of the best places to visit for beauty services (facial etc.)! Their staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Have been to both the Singpost and International Plaza outlet and attended to by Bebe and Kelly whom made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Doesn’t worth the money spending here. I bought their package that costs around $2,000 but the facial services are very basic. I also went for the micro-needling treatment but after a few sessions my pores and scares didn’t improve as much as expected. They didnt have RF needling and just used pen needling that you can perform at home. Since I bought the package, the money is converted to points that are deducted based on the services you choose. And sometimes after my needling treatment, the aesthetician just add on some facial services without letting me know and end up my points were deducted a lot. Unethical and not recommended!

Disclaimer: You have to read till the end to find the hidden gem of a therapist! I have always hated to go facials due to painful extractions and inefficient results, although I have very oily problematic skin. I had past by Cheongdam Skin when they were still at a shophouse along Tanjong Pagar and was attracted by their shopfront. Subsequently, I did a Google search on them. I liked their cocktail concept, where they will customise treatments based on your skin condition, and visited them as my skin got worse. I was served by a certain therapist at first, which I shall not name shame here. In my opinion, she did not do a good job as she did not recommend or offer extractions, which I felt was what my skin needed and also conveyed that to her, but I respected her decision as a therapist. I also felt frustrated communicating with her as she did not fully understand what I wanted and I often had to repeat myself couple of times, although we were speaking the same language and there was no language barrier. My skin also did not feel clean after my facial with her. However, my skin was still in much need of TLC, so I gave them another chance and booked a second appointment with them. THANKFULLY, the therapist that they first assigned me was busy for my second appointment. I was instead assigned another therapist, KELLY, who at first go, came across as very knowledgable and very experienced. She immediately understood my skin concerns and customised a set of treatments that I was very satisfied with when she suggested it to me, and even more so after she had completed the treatments and my skin felt very clean afterwards. After only a session, my skin reduced a lot in its oil production, which was a huge relief for me. A good therapist is crucial in everyone’s skin journey, so I hope more people get to know her and she gets to grow too! Ask for her!

I have been with Cheongdam for close to a year. I have my facial at Tanjong Pagar and I am served by Chantelle . What stood out most amongst the other facial places that I have patronised was the immaculate service provided and they are not pushy or hard on selling their packages or products. On top of that, I truly appreciate the transparency in the variety of facial services provided. My usual facial experience would be cleansing, followed by the therapist analysing my skin condition and recommending the treatment for the day. She would provide a detailed explanation of the benefits of the treatment along with the points/ price required for the treatment. I am thankful that my therapist respects my decision on times whereby I prefer to go for a cheaper treatment. She continued to provide continual care and meticulous service. Previously I had recurring outbreaks under my chin which has affected my self confidence, after Chantelle analysed my skin and recommended the treatment for my skin condition, it has improved tremendously- there were lesser outbreaks and the scar under my chin healed. In my next appointment, I will be trying out micro needling with Chantelle and I look forward to having smoother skin!

I went for facial and it was done by Chen Ying. I must say she’s very dedicated and really wants the best for her customer. Since the extraction is based on the duration, she would do the extractions more quickly but also meticulously so as not to waste time. Moreover, she cleanses my face very thoroughly and gently which is something I appreciate.

My friend introduced me to Cheongdam a couple of months ago when I met her after her facial session, and I saw that her face was literally glowing. Decided to give it a shot with Kelly at International Plaza as I have seen many good reviews about her services. I had my first appointment with Kelly a couple of months ago and I was very impressed with her expertise. She highlighted some key concerns I should be aware of, recommended the facials I should do, as well as the products I should use. Have only been for one session thus far, and my skin still looks as good as it did 2 weeks ago post facial. Truly the best facial experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!
