It was really a great facial experience with beautician Maxim. She is cute and friendly, same goes to the other staffs here.love to have facial treatment here. Also, the environment is clean and good. No hardselling.

DON'T TRY THEIR MASSAGE unless you wish to be smacked/slapped on your body by the masseuse. Just had a terrible and painful experience. The masseuse claimed that she can't use too much strength, otherwise it will hurt my body. However, most of the time it felt like the masseuse was applying oil on my body only, no strength. Also, the masseuse even shortened the massage session by 15mins. Started at 3.30pm but ended the massage at 4.45pm. It was supposed to be 1.5 hour massage. Already inform the staff about my experience but they did not care and were not apologetic at all. Go at your own risk.

Had a good experience here, the beautician is skilled, facial is good. For someone, with acne and pimple, extraction is not an easy process, I have tried out various facial places. I recommend this place for those that are looking to solve their skin issues. Warm & friendly experience here.

Chanced upon this place via Fave and bought their voucher to try. The beautician who helped me is very professional and honest, a very rare find. Signed a 6 session package with them. A good deal if you know how to calculate your expenses and value, so take note if you’re new to facial packages.

Maxim is very friendly and knowledgable on the service that they provided. I got the Bio-Infusion Deep Cleanse Facial package. She did a very extensive face extraction since I do have a lot of blackheads. She is very meticulous and has light hands. This Korean Beauté salon is highly recommended!

Facial is underwhelming for the price. I’ll say price is higher than market rate ($143/ session), but facial took only around 1 hr 5 min. Extraction is extremely underwhelming as it’s very fast and not detailed. I have many whiteheads that were missed out during extraction. Extracted pimples are swollen and still have pus inside them - example of bad extraction technique One way I judge the skill of a beautician is the pain level of needle used during extraction and intensity of scar left. For my facial, the pain level for needle used during extraction was extremely high, which isn’t normal. If you are only looking for facial with good massage, I’ll say facial here is ok. If you are looking for facial with detailed and good extraction technique, I’ll not recommend this place. I have tried many places for facial, and based on my experience, this place’s extraction fares badly. There are much better facials out there with half the price.
