But I would like to suggest that if there is a reason to really need to remove the box, it may inform the customer a little. which I didn't have a problem with. With another thing, I want to be informed in the payment process that there may be additional charges in some cases.

I live in a small Asian country and I was having trouble finding a company that would ship to me. When I contacted customer service at Cherry Affairs, they were more than happy to assist. Even though my country was not listed as a shipping option, they worked with me, provided information about local customs inspections and offered solutions that worked for both of us. They even used my requested method of shipping (as I have had great experiences using one over the others). I can't say enough about what a pleasant shopping experience I had. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and I recommend them highly.
