Chevrolet Alpine Motors - 7 Ubi Cl

Alpine Motors service centre charge me $620 for a set of 4 Yokohama Blue Earth Es32 tyres when it is selling for $87 per piece near $90 at other tyre shops. Wow about 2 times more. Way to go Alpine Motors. I will sell away my Chevrolet. Anyway, the Chevrolet showroom has disappeared and the sales team gone. The service centre staff gave some lame excuses for the disappearance of the showroom. Even online website also not updated for years without the courtesy of informing us, the loyal Supporters of Chevrolet. Sad.

Irresponsible and anyhow charge. Especially when it's an emergency ,sparts suudenly suddenly increase by as much as 500 dollars.

Just sharing... sent my Cruise down twice to fix up an auto lock noise and error display problem, The mechanics from Alpine Service Center couldn't rectify it at the end of the first visit despite showing them the recorded video of the noise and the faulty error display. As the fault persisted, took my car down on the Mon and shown them another recorded video of the same issue again . Was so glad to collect my car on the Wed and when told that the faulty issues were rectified. Discovered something was not right upon collection, 1. Almost a quarter of the fuel was used up 2. Mileage difference was 60+ km 3. Air con was at its lowest and full blast. Besides these, the fault has yet to be rectified. Disappointed on the outcome and hope my car problem can be resolve by Alpine Motors as its warranty is still valid!

The service staff are polite and professional but (having checked all my last few invoices) and unlike any other distributor servicing I have been to: i) there is no breakdown of the prices of the parts on the invoice, ii) no breakdown of labor costs per installation of each part on the invoice and iii) they don't provide you with the replaced parts so you can see that they have actually been replaced/needed replacing. It is all very non transparent!!! . Alpine - be more transparent on your invoices and give customers the choice of receiving back the old parts.

I recently bought a 13 years old Chevrolet Captiva C100. Though its a mistake to buy a very old car for which the spare parts are not in stock now even in the factory. The officials at Chevrolet Alpine motors were very helpful. Especially Mr. Vincent at Alpine Motors is very experienced and patiently gave his time for me in explaining the issues in the car and carefully examined the car and made the repair works and also gave me lots of insights about second hand car buying and help3d me get discounts on spare parts. I also thank the manager who was able to get me dicounts on spare parts I am very pleased with the service of Mr. Vincent and other officials at Alpine Motors. I strongly recommed Mr. Vincent and Alpine motors for all Chevrolet and car related issues for getting guided in the right direction.
