Ask for sales executive Han. He is the best in the business! He is professional and fantastic. He makes sure everything goes smoothly from viewing to collection. From the moment I approached him with a brief enquiry, Han was responsive and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but also in guiding me through the entire process as well as recommending the right car for my budget and needs. The process could not have been smoother or more pleasant. His attention to detail and to my satisfaction was unparalleled - he went above and beyond in every way. Fiona has been absolutely fantastic throughout the car buying process. I’ve never met a more honest, knowledgeable and diligent car specialist. I went into the showroom with a specific car in mind and Fiona took the time to discuss my needs. She then provided several options and laid out the pros and cons of each choice. I ended up spending 50K less then what I was planning to spend, leaving me extra cash to buy a second car for my parents later this year. I really appreciated that Fiona was more of an advisor and did not try to hard sell me anything. She clearly demonstrated that she has my interest at heart.
