★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the guards at the entrance of the carpark was condescending. We reversed our car and stopped behind the exit gantry to top up our depleted cashcard from our phone. I don't think our car was in the way. A bald headed elderly security guard approached us and told us off in a condescending manner. We apologised though. He didn't look too please no matter.
As a person who deals with people, he needs to learn to communicate politely. Drivers sometimes feel tense and tried to quickly solve issues like this. You are the solution provider. Act like one!
We didn't owe him a living. So why the behaviour?
Hope the management look into this issue. Drivers pay and would expect a seamless experience using your parking lot.
