★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service staff. Asked them to let me take a look at one of their products inside the box, they handed it back to me and replied arrogantly 'here! Take a look at it!' in Mandarin (as in take a look at the product from outside the box). Also when I asked for prices of products as they never labelled it or place any signs indicating the prices, they replied rudely.
Bad service. Will not support them again.
Edit: Apparently I'm not the only person having issues with their services as in a TripAdvisor review, another person had a bad experience at their Haji Lane outlet
