★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bag interior lining peels of in a couple of months, contacted timbuk2 head office however was referred back to their local distributor which did not reply accordingly via email and was brush off with their repair that costed 3/4 of a new bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of bags, although some popular ones are running low on certain color/design so if you have a particular one in mind, call in advance.
There's also only one staff, when I visited I had to wait a while.
Overall I really like timbuk2 bags. Bought a division pack (fog) for my daily commute.

HIGH quality bags and useful for all types of activities would appreciate if you will publish promotional discounts as early as possible.. Both 2 messenger bags of different sizes and phone case for my daily routine. 2 Thumbs up!

Wanted to get a bottle, as there's some defect on it asked the stuff for a new 1, giving us attitude and focusing us to get it.
Do not recommend this shop poor attitude stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially a loyal fan of Timbuk2 for their quality and lifetime warranty. But now question the value of the warranty.
Upon submitting for repair, was told unrepairable and given a 30% in regular priced item for trade in. The thing is, there is a storewide 30% which makes my trade in worthless anyway… so this means the lifetime warranty is quite worthless for this case… I do believe for bags they deem unrepairable, there should be better compensation minimally 30% on all items and not regular priced…
