★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically, the staff are friendly and patient. However, during my last visit, there was a young male staff who was not only rude - did not care to clarify my order and got my order wrong. When I approached him to let him know that my order was incorrect, he took a long time to attend to me and begrudgingly said sorry. I do expect more from Chi Cha in terms of better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong, it's a fine cup of tea but it is not that good considering the queue and long wait time usually associated in the store. I've always skeptical with these chain beverage stalls, very often these are over hyped and this unfortunately, fell as another one too. Maybe I am just too old to queue up for these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible and ineffective way of serving drinks to customers in terms of timing. Waited 20 minutes for my drink because the workers have yet to start working on the drinks as more orders pile up. There are 4 people working in the store yet its operating at the efficiency of 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the BEST milk tea I’ve ever had in Singapore!!! I ordered the Oolong milk tea 100% , yet it’s not too sweet and the tea is strong & aromatic. The other brands that’s located in the same mall have very far standard from this. I’ll definitely come again for their other selection!! 5 ⭐️!!
