★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bbt shop generally. Only gripe is it is usually missing something from the menu (either out if stock or they dont carry). Per lasy check they dont have eggettes in their menu unlike most other Playmade outlets

The drinks I ordered was chrysanthemum milk tea. You are saying the length of a 10 cents coin as hard as a wooden splinter that poke my gum is a chrysanthemum buds/ stems? If it is true, it is pretty dangerous as it is sharp and hard. Well, I must consider myself lucky that it just poke my gum and not get caught in my throat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PlayMade really HAVE TO IMPROVE. Even stores like iTea, which I suppose is of much a lower tier than PlayMade have their staffs wear NAME TAGS. This are some problem I encountered.?
The staff were very rowdy. I can't really point out which staff as they were all not wearing any name tags. I can only describe her as middle aged, BIG sized, that have a pony tail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife is partial to their chrysanthemum milk tea and chrysanthemum pearls.
Peculiarly, chrysanthemum pearls only avail on mon wed fri sun. Didn't know until today.
The crew are quite fast in churning out the drink orders, didnt have to wait too long.

2 sitting down at the back
Your staffs are super unprofessional.
The drinks were coming out to the customers very slow. There was a long queue with many people waiting for their drinks, and yet your staffs were talking and taking their own sweet time.
Not trying to be racist or anything, but your staffs are all Malaysian. They're all chit chatting and never prioritize customer.
I'd suggest hiring a few Singaporean MANAGER over at your Tampines outlet, instead of all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue lots of people. Many special flavors. Tried the Taiwan milk tea with pink cactus pearl. Honestly cannot taste anything special for the pearl, taste like normal. Will try chrysanthemum next time heard is nice.
