Professional and friendly teachers, bright and clean open environment. Children always entered with a happy smiling face. Provided 4 nutrition meals a day. Highly recommend ???

Gave two month notice for withdrawal of infant care service and was informed that refund will be done within a month. Did not receive refund after more than a month. Have to chase them for reply and refund, have not got back my refund yet. I am tasked to chase after the finance person directly to get back my refund.

I would like to give negative stars for the infant care. I send my baby just for a month and he was sick for 12 days. Second week he got HFMD, third week had severe diaper rash and final forth week has runny nose. My child lost weight during this month and we immediately stopped sending him to this well marketed school. Few major points to highlight: 1. Infant care has so many teacher but they don't communicate with each other. They just look at a paper to understand the child's requirement. Often you will find bottles/clothes of other babies in your child's bag. This will give you an idea of the mis-management going on within the teachers 2. The principal is a sweet talker. She has few lines which she will keep on repeating. For example " Child will take time to adjust" ; "I will look into this matter"; "Teachers are trying thier best". She doesn't care at all if your child fall sick again and again. She will never take the blame. 3. The director of the school is simply cluesless about the ground reality. He is only worried about the business and not your child's well being. Bottom line, if you are planning to send your infant here please keep the medicines ready at home as anything can happen and you cannot blame. PS: My child started going to another infant care for a month now and touch wood he didn't fall sick once.

Disappointed with the care arrangement. Child had diarrhea and diaper rash after the second week in infant care. When child was absent for a few days, the teachers nor the principal called to show concern or check on the child. There's some episodes of fingernails marks from the child after school, and teachers claimed my kid scratched herself. There's definitely room for improvement on the hygiene, air quality, and the quality of the playgroup teachers and principal.

Well after my post below this is what the owner has to say: Response from the owner Hi, we took a closer look at your case and notice that you found a new centre and wanted to change centre without serving one month notice requested for a refund of deposit which was first agreed during the enrollment Well thanks for the closer look into my case and as I mentioned below you clearly missed the Main Point: my child's health is far more important than to serve your stupid contract of a month for the refund. The biggest challenge for me was to make to you understand that if you and your teachers are serious about the child's health, then parents need not have to take drastic decisions. Also we didn't find another infant care immediately. We need to search for a month before we could enroll. Also after the shocking experience we had from your infant care, we were so hesitant to enroll my baby at the first place. Now coming to the enrollment process your principal never mentioned about the rotation of so many teachers and that the teachers will only look at a piece of paper for taking care of my child. In the first week, I literally have to remind each teacher again and again to share the updates of my child's well being. Well this definitely shows you are far away from the ground reality. As mentioned below, this is a Well marketed child care center with hidden information.
