Met up with Wei Jun and he was attentive in our requests for building a kitchen cabinet for our bto. Patient and have answers for all our questions. Although we didn't ended up engaging Moda to do our kitchen cabinet, we are grateful that Wei Jun was fast in responding and giving us the quotation even though ours is a small project. Friendly too. KS was very paitent with me and gave fast and quality responses. He recommended me the colours and all. Overall, I am very happy with the design as he gave a lot of ideas and suggestions on how to make the kitchen look nicer. Eylin Yong was an experienced and well-trained interior designer. She was patient and always eager to answer our concerns when we were confused, therefore I would highly suggest him. I gotten 2 quotations from 2 Reno companies to incorporate my HIP with kitchen revamp. Moda Interior was selected as they provided alternative way of doing & that save me at least $15K. + my SIL had them reno her whole hse & I saw their workmanship. Alan Tan the ID listened to what we wanted and came out with 2D design n estimated costing. And what I really like was he checked my old wall tiles and found mostly all intact and told me no need to hacked and redo as it was cost more $$. He suggested plaster over the tiles and since I hve more wall cabinets this time it will end up just 2 small portion painted wall which is also more to the latest kitchen look. More sleek and simple as this is what we wanted. My HIP was carried out last wk of Dec 20. We were only given one mth notice by HDB, u can imagine I had to quickly activated Alan. This becomes I need to hack a new door way to the common toilet and hack my kitchen wall as well. All these were done during Covid restrictions. I was initially still thinking how can HDB be so fast. But it was really true. Pple out there if u r doing HIP, do plan ahead yr design and when u received the notice fr HDB, 1 mth mean really 1 mth they start. So my reno is not like most pple. Where u get a new hse and can plan. My schedule is based on HDB schedule so it was hectic for us. With 1 mth of packing kitchen stuff is no joke. By the time HBD completed their 10 days works, Alan team has to come in to hack my floors tile. And as he need to go back for CNY in Malaysia, he needs to quarantine 14 days in MY. In his absent, he gotten Marcus his manager to take over. Haha at that time we still haven't finalized our kitchen cabinet details. As I said I only gave them 1th notice and with lesser manpower it was really a crunch. B4 all this, Alan did mentioned that it can take up to 2 to 3 mths to fully complete the reno. So I we kind of prepared ourselves. But being hse owners... we always end up chasing them. We like the new layout, the full ht cabinet design and colors selected. The tiles he recommended, color combinations of kitchen cabinets. All these was based on his years of experience by looking at yr hse type, design. But I must say Alan is a busy man. Ideas all in his head sometimes he forgotten to u in details if u r the very details kind of person. All end well for us! Thanks to Alan & Marcus!

I found my ID :Colven from Moda Interior Design while scrolling the Facebook. The renovation prices are reasonable. Colven is responsive to our replies and request. Colven and the team is very professional they will advise us on the renovation . Definitely will recommend to our friends.

Finally decided to do reno my house after checking with various IDs. KS from MODA who is recommended by my friend. We start engaging him and told him our budget. He came out with very reasonable price for more than what we want to do with good quality material price. All Owners, stay tuned for complete project. Me and my girlfriend was hunting for a ID, after comparing with various IDs, we both decided to sign with Moda Interior. Zijian was our appointed ID to our home. Being meticulous, responsive and giving constructive solutions to our woes, he has drafted up great ideas to suit our needs. Kudos to Zijian!
