I ordered a banner for an event I hosted and I was pleasantly surprised when I received the banner. The banner was really light and not bulky at all. The printing also surpassed my expectations, the colours were vibrant and the lines were concise. The staff were lovely and patient, and also responded quickly to my email enquiries.

The banners are durable and will not degrade over time. The printing was of a high quality, and did not fade even after being exposed to the sun for long periods of time. Despite the high quality, the prices are kept reasonable and the banners are great value for money. I would highly recommend this to anyone who intends to hang up their banners for extended periods, and is looking to get their money’s worth.

Required printing of pictures on artist canvas and installation on existing wooden frames for my home. Print quality is excellent and to expectation. The workers did a good job on the removal of old canvas and installation of new ones. A straight-forward and no-frills service, so you need to be specific on what you want. Overall, a professional and efficient service.

The quality of the banner were decent which included the fonts, colour and material. Furthermore, it was not time consuming while hanging up the banners as it was considered lightweight with ring holes included. I believe that much thoughts had been given through the design and ergonomic of the banner. Highly recommend Chin's Signtech to people who are looking for affordable banner with decent qualities.

Banner is of good quality, considering its affordable prices. It is surprisingly light, but not flimsy, and durable. Printing is done as according to expectations and requirements, kudos for that. Chin's Signtech staff are not overly friendly, but professional and efficient enough. Would recommend anyone looking for a banner that does not sacrifice quality over affordability.

Anyone who has had experience hanging banners would know that it is challenging to hang the banner at the desired height, position, while maintaining the right amount of tension in the banner. However due to the light weight of your banners, they were very easy to set up and carry around. It has been a pleasant overall experience working with your company, and we would definitely recommend your services to anyone, and we look forward to working together in the future!

The staff at Chin's Signtech had very good attitude. They were patient and gave me professional advice to improve my banner. They also responded to my various requests very fast. I feel that they were truly willing to put in great effort to meet my needs. The banner they made for me was also satisfying. I really appreciate their hard work.

I contacted this company to print a custom flag. i was greeted by THOMAS on the phone. He was unhelpful, told me to email his colleague, Patrick, and that Patrick does not take phone calls. I tried to explain that this was a time sensitive matter of urgency, and Thomas said nothing can be done. I emailed Patrick and went back and forth with him, changing my design a few time. Do note, I had sent him the final design late, and printing would not have been possible. However, I am writing this review to let people know the type of service they would be getting. The staff there obviously do not communicate, and they clearly do not want business. No, literally, it actually got to a point on the phone I had to ask Thomas why he was pushing me away, and not offering me alternative or giving me options for the next possible date? Instead, he chose to tell me I was wrong to send the design late. Which first of all, I definitely was, but ultimately, why was I, the potential client, the one who had to chase these people to give them business? I urge you, do not engage them, you can find many places elsewhere that take pride in their work and their service that would make you feel much more comfortable parting with your money.
