Enquired about the metallic prints for black and white photos. Been communicating with a lovely lady called Dayana who was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. She provided great advice and was super responsive. Collected my prints today just after sending them in 2 days ago. The prints were amazing, super sharp and well resolved! Am definitely going back to them again for more.

Sent the artwork to Brilliant Prints, and they proceeded to print. Collected this one week later, nicely wrapped. Happy with the quality work!

Everything about this place is absolutely phenomenal. Let’s start with the prints themselves. I ordered some A3 poster prints shot on a Sony 70-200 GM II lens and the 90mm Macro G lens - two of the most optically perfect lenses you can get, providing an extremely tall order to reproduce their sharpness, contrast, and tones in print. The prints came out damn near perfect in all 3 aspects. I found it difficult to find a difference between the prints and the image on a Retina display. Far far far better than the quick, instant print services you sometimes see which introduce noticeable softness to the image and struggle to reproduce colours accurately. Now let’s look at price. I paid about $28 for 3 prints, before they gave me a $10 off coupon for a first time order. Even taking it as ~$9 a print, that’s about half what most places charge. Finally, let’s talk about their customer service. There was fast, effective communication at every stage from order, to them informing me when something was out of stock, to print completion and collection. When I came to collect the prints they had a gorgeous studio, and let me inspect the prints without me even asking! Plus they didn’t roll them up and shove them in a tube which was much appreciated. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend these for serious photographers looking to display their art at high resolutions without compromising on price or quality.
