We did try but needed additional clarifications ... which is why we ended up calling them. Thank goodness we had help from the dealer otherwise we won't be able to claim anything. Don't say you weren't warned
S	Survey June on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I asked for a quotation for a company's vehicle which belongs to my hubby's company. I had filled up the form as instructed by your staff with company's name and ID no given except that it was sent by my personal email address but your staff got back to me that the quotation needs to be sent from company's email address before they can give the quote. As my hubby is not tech savvy and do not use email himself. Staff has been using the email but was dismiss due to no business because of Covid hence he was asking me to get quotation from your company. How does your company expect business when your staff are not flexible and work that way? It is just a quote. I had call other insurance company for quotation and they even took the details on the phone and email the quotation. Your company do not even entertain customer on the phone. Sad that you have bad customer service that push a potential customer away.
