โ โ โ โ โ Went to Chinatown Wellness Clinic for the first time. Very friendly doctor and friendly staff. Waiting time was also not long even though I had no appointment. ??

โ โ โ โ โ Visited for the first time as it's near my office. There was a lady who arrived after me, and I was waiting behind a Chinese guy who was talking to one of the staff. The lady went to the side and the staff registered her first. When I asked them about it - they muttered between themselves that the other lady (Karen) came first. And ignored me with silence.
Staff should be more attentive and less rude, since they are the first point of contact with patients.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the clinic twice for covid symptoms, first for my mum and subsequently myself. Staff was understanding and emphatic to our situation. The diagnosis was conducted outside the clinic which is great if you are suffering chills. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Lai.

โ โ โ โ โ I got referred to this clinic because I had a bad experience with another one, earlier in the day.
The service staff tended to me quick and polite, she knew that I was already happy with the previous encounter and she made me comfortable. All this despite the clinic being busy.
The wait was quick I was tested for Covid under 10 mins, waited for results, and not long after 5 minutes got my medication. The doctor was also polite and clear with her instructions.
This clinic deserves more than 5 stars - my only 2 regrets were not getting the names of the service staff and doctor (they deserve a warm shoutout)
My other regret is I did not go to this clinic first, instead of the previous one that left me with a bad experience.
