β β β β β This is a small restaurant serving mostly Shaanxi food. The ζ²Ήζ³Όζ―ι’ (oily noodles in the amusingly mistranslated menu) are just terrific: wide, freshly kneaded toothsome noodles lightly coated in red oil and tossed with freshly sliced leeks. This is the best rendition of this excellent dish in Singapore. While there are lots of lamb options on the menu, note that the θε€Ήι¦ are pork only.
