The environment is very cozy and aesthetic, the chair is pretty comfy too. But the skills of the manicurist and the quality of their gel are not up to standard. I went for 3 times for gel manicure, 3 different manicurists, and all started peeled off in the next 2 weeks, I didn't even need to go for removal because I can just peel them off, the skills of the manicurists are so so too, the gel came out uneven and not smooth. Overpriced with such quality. The pictures posted on their instagram are too filter-heavy to judge the skills of the manicurist

Did a classic gelish manicure + nail art, as well as a classic gelish pedicure with Chio Studio. The two manicurists took 2.5h to complete them even though both were attending to me at the same time . Wanted round shaped nails, but she didn’t seem to have shaped them at all.. The worst thing is that the very next morning, the embellishments on the nails fell out... Also, the manicurist Sophie seems to be unsure of the prices. She quoted me the wrong price.. One good thing about Chio studio is that the staff are friendly. They probably just need more experience.

Funny how Chio Studio’s manicurist rejects the customer’s want to do nail art. When the customer is late perhaps due to work, the manicurist does not want to do nail art. Reason stated was that the next appt is in 1.5h and they cannot do nail art. Reason given was weird because they have other manicurists that are available to do manicure but despite that, they did not want the business. Bad experience going there the first time, I am never going again.

Rating : (9/10) ? I wished I discovered this place sooner! Did my nails for pre-wed shoot (excuse poor quality of pic). I loved it & came back to do my wedding nails (Gel manicure & express gel pedicure) & it costed about $80. It took about 1.5hrs from start to finish. Chiostudio have good deals from time to time (20% off for students) & sometimes promotions during off-peak hours. So do look out at their Instagram page. Only thing is that I wish they could offer some beverages to customers while waiting for nails to be done ? definitely will come back again!

I had the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER with Sally. I rushed over to the shop after my work because I was told she needs to end work at 7.30PM. Which the shop actually closes at 9PM and I was there at 6.35PM and my appointment was at 6.30 and so I actually chose a very simple design which I think she should be able to do finish at that time. When I showed her the design and I kept asking for the price she just say total with design would be $140 and after I asked what if just the Color without design will be $130 and after that she just happily start Marking Up Prices and say that she “forgot” this and that and the design I wanted was in matt and additional charged which went up to $170 Which is seriously a VERY RIDICULOUS PRICE for a not complicated design.Which the designs she normally do on Instagram prices are way lower and the design that I wanted was similar to those. I didn’t went ahead with both and say to do it without Color and I want to leave. Even without Color She didn’t do a good job my nails was UNEVENLY CUT properly and She still has the cheek to charge me $100 without any Color on it. Which I seriously think she marked her price way up to high which I have ever been there before and the price was not like that. Throughout the whole process the other manicurist Stephy was black faced when she was doing my pedicure. If my timing at the shop caused the manicurist can’t END WORK at their specific timing and that is the service they give I really suggest to elsewhere and do it and other nails shop it can give a even better price plus professional service! Worse nail shop ever! Come to this shop at your own risk!

Excellent service provided by Stephy and Eileen? Showed them the designs that I wanted for both my manicure and pedicure - and they managed to replicate them beautifully! I can’t wait to go back for more in the future!

Service was great and nails on point. Thanks for giving me a pretty Christmas nails!! Will definitely go back again for CNY:)
