However, I feel that the edges of the wood was not sand down properly and they give me a feeling that they preferably want to deal with businesses and not retail customers like us. Overall, not a very great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some plywood for my uphostery project and went here on a Thursday afternoon to get some. The lady was very helpful and informative. They had two men help cut my wood piece down to the sizes I need and they were extra nice to have lightly sand down the rare edges and help load the pieces into my car. I admit, it was intimidating at first because it is a warehouse and there's no formal front reception desk. When I arrived at the place I didn't know who to approach for my very small amount purchased (only one piece of plywood at 14.50 sing). I didn't even know if they sell single piece. It was a great experience for me, and therefore, I give it 5 stars.

The staff here are extremely helpful and took the time to make sure they knew exactly what I needed - even though it was just a few pieces cut to length for a project. Quick work and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend coming here if you need wood for a project.
