★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their warehouse at Eunos Industrial Estate. It's located near Enuos MRT. Got a bunch of kapur wood and PVC plywood. Aunty was very nice and helpful. Patiently going through all the materials I need. Thanks cant wait to start my bed frame project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their Mandai gallery yesterday and was served by their outlet manager JL. She had an arrogant attitude and was not helpful . For example,
1) I asked to view the technical specs but she brushed off my request with the comment “Have but it’s with the boss. It’s kinda of confidential. Maybe next time we put it up”.
2) When I asked to view their catalog to find out the name for a plank I was interested in, she reluctantly went to get it and when she came back with it, she said sarcastically “This one is FOR DESIGNER but I can show you”.
If the company wants to put someone at the gallery who treat walk-in customers with barely disguised disdain, then it might just as well put up a sign “All welcome except homeowners”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience with Floor Empire was really bad and not trustable. Especially really had bad experience with their sales and operation person. If any of you buying their service and goods, you should have to prepare argument with them as way of installation can be totally different with what you hear their sales person. Even I have really disappointed experience with them especially, especially supervisor from operation, draw one long line on the wall. After he hear about many of timber quality was really bad and decided to replace them. They should have to manage people and quality of services. Just simply imagine you must hear and understand their two different teams direction and it can be impact to your installation. Does any one wanna have headache?
