Usually the other workshops I go to would advise to drop by during the next working day, but Jason and his mechanics were accomodating and they said they can do the replacement immediately. The stars are aligned.? He even bother to print a quote and run through what he will change and how much it cost. Very professional. Although it's an easy job to replace the parts, they understand the customer's anxiety. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more servicing visits to be able to draw a more objective rating. In general, so far the experience has been on the positive note. Workshop recommendations seem to be siding with customer, with safety awareness considered. Replacing parts or liquid are not really part of mechanic's workmanship/ skill, but troubleshooting is. Experience is definitely their strength in guiding intuition into insights. Will update as experience developed.

They are very reliable, trustworthy, honest and professional.
They always call to let you know which spare parts need to be changed, or if they discover some issues they always keep me updated. If the parts need to be changed in the near future, they will always keep me in the loop as well and It’s quite accurate, if they told me certain parts can last for another 6months, chances are 6months later I really need to go back to get it fixed.
After they finished servicing the car. They will always show you the spare parts and the issue with it + a free car wash.
