★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their designs but the quality is extremely bad. For a very short period, they had watches and all were so adorable. They promised a lifetime warranty for crystal replacement without receipts. I bought two watches but after wearing the watches for few times, I realised the crystals kept dropping. I’ve repaired few times, they once replaced odd size crystal and it looked weird. Recently, they discontinued the free repair services. I was very mad. Either they improve the quality or provide the service!
My good friend gave me a pie if earring from Chomel few weeks back and after I used for the first time, the stone dropped! How bad can Chomel get!
Extremely disappointed! No quality at all.
