★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruse staffs, just come here to get the wallet repaired (only stitching). It takes more than half year, saying that they need send it in batches. But the held the wallet for few months while we saw on record the other items for repairs which was sent here later, got send earlier from mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Zhi Wei from Bally, Takashimaya. ?? He was extremely patient, professional, service-oriented and non-pushy at all! I was looking for a bag for my husband and Zhi Wei showed me a good range of bags that suit. I walked away and took a couple of days to consider, but he remained pleasant, humble and not pushy even when I did not purchase anything from him on my first visit! I finally returned today to purchase the bag from him and he remembered me and the bags that I have shortlisted for my husband a few days ago. Fantastic sales guy!!
