★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, established place, sweet people. Just visited, didn't buy anything. They have a wide variety of TCM and other organic products though couldn't verify much about origins or sources of products. But they've been around for a long time so they must be getting some fundamentals correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has been around for along time. Apart from selling off-the-shelves essentials you can get chinese products good for health benefits. In case you need to consult a TCM physician, this store has it too and the herbal remedies are prescribed and picked at the counter on the spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has been around for a long time. They have a wide variety of products and some of their items are cheaper than elsewhere, however... service is really poor and staff behind the counter are rude and arrogant.
Be advised not to go to them for Chinese medicine and they keep trying to seek you additional premium items e.g. pearls etc. I’ve taken their Chinese herbs a couple of times for different ailments and they have not worked both times. This place is run as a money making business rather than a physician there to heal people.
Wouldn’t go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant, hard selling and pushy. Items are also much pricier and unfresh, even though the lady boss constantly talk about how good they are and how lousy every other competitors around are. I will not recommend them if you want authentic products and genuine recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service. asked for a bottle of off the shelf medication and was replied rudely when asked of the effects of the medicine. told me that they wont know as she did not had dis sickness. was told i was better off seeing a doctor. never ever go back and wont reccomend anyone to as well. done with buying my medication from there also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from the lady boss, she was so rude and sarcastic the moment I stepped in with my little one. when I asked her a question about the use of the herb called pi pa leaf for cough. She answered, ‘you cannot anyhow just self medicate, you need to go doc for check up.’ But her tone was so bichy. Owning a Chinese medical shop, shouldn’t she provide some advices? Of course I’m no seriously ill, therefore wanted to get some remedy. Will never visit this shop again. Terrible experience!
