★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The word I will use is unprofessional. I was there on Sat 14th at about 5pm. I was checking if I should take another medicine for my cough, I brought along my cough medicine which has been given by my TCM Dr. The middle age lady in glasses did not even look at my medicine and just say "no use, you must take ours". Much do u understand she wants to make a sale, but you're selling medicinal products it is important you prioritise your customer's health over profit.
Good thing a younger guy, look at my medicine and say why don't you try out this medicine first and if doesn't work you can come back. This is call professionalism. But I could see the middle age lady staring at him and I am sure she will scold him the moment I step out.
I must say please train your staff properly, if not I will never step foot into another EYS!
