GUYS DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY. I WAS AN INTERN HERE AND THEY TREAT US LIKE SLAVES. Literally was so lost the first week there, no one tell us what to do i just stand around do nothing and watch people. When there is actually work for me to do i completed it and i learnt how to use the machines there. My supervisor came 2 weeks late and he said u didnt learn anything and i never asked anyone. Well thats because he didnt see what i do because he came 2 weeks late? Then imagine getting fired because i was doing nothing? WHEN THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO? I was tasked to help this worker but he didnt really need help and he dont need the help and i just watched him and the boss fired me because i was doing nothing. On top of that u need good chinese and indian because almost all of the workers dont speak english and dont really care about you as an intern. Im speaking in behalf of my internship friends who looking for company please do not join RICHINN PTE LTD or CHOON HIN PTE LTD because they are both the same company. I would show pictures for evidence but i dont want to expose the faces of the workers there in the public.
